SHIPPING POLICY

Barbieri Wines complies with all federal, state, and local laws
regarding alcohol sale to minors. All shipments require a signature from
someone 21 years of age or older and must provide identification. If no
one is available to receive the package, other attempts to deliver will
be made. If no successful delivery is made after numerous attempts, the
order is returned and the customer is charged additional shipping
charges. These orders will be returned to the distribution center they
originated from. All orders are taxed in accordance with state laws.
Orders typically take 3-5 days to ship excluding weekends and holidays,
but arrival of shipments depends on the customer’s location.

Barbieri Wines respects the privacy of all of our customers.
Any information provided to us is kept in confidence and will not be
shared or sold to any third parties. The information we collect is used to process
orders and to ensure we provide the highest level of customer service. Your security
is important to us, so all orders made online are done so using SSL encryption to
ensure all transaction data is transferred safely.
